Freeman makes World Series history as Yankees killer blasts another homer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>New Yankees killer Freddie Freeman has done it again.<\/p>\n<p>Freeman crushed a 2-1 pitch from Yankees starter Luis Gil into the right field seats for a two-run homer, giving the Dodgers a 2-0 first-inning lead in Game 4 of the World Series.<\/p>\n<p>The first baseman has now homered in six straight World Series games, a new Fall Classic record.<\/p>\n<p>Freeman almost seemed to relish the role as he rounded the bases with an emphatic celebration, only to be greeted by his teammates once he crossed home with a few choreographed celebrations on the way to the dugout.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter Games 5 and 6 of the 2021 World Series as a member of the Braves against the Astros.<\/p>\n<p>The corner infielder did not have an extra-base hit in the NLDS or NLCS, but he\u2019s been torching the
