Jason Kelce denied falling asleep at Taylor Swift\u2019s Eras Tour show in Miami last Friday after a viral photo showed the former NFL player appearing to doze off from his VIP box at Hard Rock Stadium.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou took a nap at the Eras Tour. What is that all about?\u201d Swift\u2019s boyfriend, Travis Kelce, asked his brother in Wednesday\u2019s episode of their \u201cNew Heights\u201d podcast.<\/p>\n

Jason, 36, immediately shut down his brother\u2019s assumption, telling him he did \u201cnot take a nap.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cTravis, you know I didn\u2019t take a nap. I did not take a nap,\u201d Jason asserted.<\/p>\n

Travis, 35, continued to roast the retired Philadelphia Eagles center over the viral moment, asking him how he could take a snooze during such an \u201celectric\u201d show.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s the greatest show that\u2019s ever been onstage, and you\u2019re over here falling asleep?\u201d he pressed.<\/p>\n

Jason took the opportunity to explain how he was snapped with his eyes shut at the \u201cinsane\u201d and \u201cexciting\u201d concert.<\/p>\n

The older Kelce brother said he felt like he was \u201cin a fishbowl\u201d with everyone at the show staring at him, so he decided to sit down in his seat.<\/p>\n

He claimed to have been dancing with his daughter Elliotte until she went over to his wife, Kylie Kelce, and the ex-athlete then decided to immerse himself in the music.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m just, like, sitting here, and I\u2019m just, like, feeling it, and I\u2019m, like, tapping my thigh, and I\u2019m just, like, in the moment listening to the song, and then all of a sudden I go on Twitter and I see this f\u2013king picture,\u201d he said of the snap posted on X by former NFL player Beau Allen, who had joined him in the box.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m like, \u2018Dude, what the f\u2013k? I\u2019m not even sleeping, and I can prove it to you,\u2019\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

Jason argued there was \u201cevidence\u201d in the photo that proves he was wide awake.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cMy hand is hovering. You can\u2019t sleep with your hand hovering above your knee,\u201d Jason said. \u201cIt\u2019s impossible.\u201d<\/p>\n

He continued, \u201cI\u2019m not Major Payne. I can\u2019t sleep with my eyes open, much less with my hand hovering above my knee. I was slapping my knee.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jason pretended to razz Allen, 32, for putting him on blast, saying he was \u201cbetrayed by one of [his] best friends.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s how it happens. That\u2019s not betrayal. That\u2019s just being a friend,\u201d Travis said.<\/p>\n

Jason agreed, responding, \u201cYou\u2019re right. That\u2019s just called being a friend.\u201d<\/p>\n

Travis \u2014 who had to skip the show due to his Kansas City Chiefs game against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday \u2014 admitted he had \u201cFOMO\u201d (fear of missing out).<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was incredible,\u201d Jason said.<\/p>\n

The ESPN analyst attended the concert with Kylie, 32, and two of their three daughters: Wyatt, 5, and Elliotte, 3. They also share 1-year-old Bennett.<\/p>\n
