LATEST Oct. 21, 2:15\u00a0p.m.\u00a0<\/strong>Two teenagers who were reported missing Oct. 18 after attending a homecoming dance at San\u00a0Lorenzo High School in the East Bay have been found, Scott Faust, a spokesperson for San Lorenzo Unified School District, wrote in an email Monday afternoon.<\/p>\n \u201cWe are tremendously grateful for this outcome and happy for the families involved and for our entire school district community,\u201d Faust wrote. \u201cWe do not have any additional information to share at this time.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Oct. 21, 7:54 a.m.\u00a0<\/strong>Two teenagers have not been seen since attending a high school homecoming dance in the East Bay suburb of San Lorenzo on Friday night, officials said. Michelle\u00a0Olivas Sanchez, 15, is a sophomore at San Lorenzo High School, and she brought Elvis Merino, 15, as her date to the dance at her school, according to a statement from the\u00a0Alameda County Sheriff\u2019s Office<\/a>\u00a0and the\u00a0San Lorenzo Unified School District<\/a>. Elvis\u2019 parents drove him from their Potter Valley home in Mendocino County to the dance.<\/p>\n Scott Faust, a spokesperson for the school district, said the last sighting of teens was by their peers at the dance at 9:05 p.m.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n The two were supposed to meet their parents after the dance at about 9 p.m., but they never showed up, the school district said.\u00a0The teens did not answer their\u00a0cellphones. The parents and school staff searched the school grounds for them and also checked locations where they thought they may have gone, but the two did not turn up. The sheriff\u2019s office said it believes the two may be together.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Faust told SFGATE on Monday morning that to his knowledge there\u2019s no indication that they disappeared unwillingly.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Officials are calling on the public to keep an eye out for the pair. With long, straight black hair and brown eyes, Michelle stands 5 feet, 1 inch tall and weighs about 108 pounds. She \u201cwas last seen wearing a pink dress, black jacket, black shoes and carrying a small pink backpack,\u201d the sheriff\u2019s office said. Elvis is 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs 110 pounds; he has black hair and brown eyes.
