Travis Kelce has admitted he had \u2018mixed\u2019 emotions during this week\u2019s trip to Yankee Stadium with his girlfriend Taylor Swift.<\/p>\n

The Chiefs star headed to \u2018hostile territory\u2019 to watch New York take on his hometown team, the Cleveland Guardians, in Game 1 of the ALCS.<\/p>\n

Kelce and Swift were in the stands as the Yankees drew first blood with a 5-2 victory thanks to home runs from Juan Soto and Giancarlo Stanton.<\/p>\n

Cleveland has not won a World Series since 1948 and Kelce was conflicted as he tried to enjoy his evening out, while also hoping his team would pull through.<\/p>\n

\u2018I\u2019m in hostile territory \u2013 it\u2019s the Bronx Bombers and I\u2019m at Yankee Stadium and it\u2019s the playoffs,\u2019 he said on the latest episode of \u2018New Heights\u2019.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m over here cheering for the Guards cause I\u2019m a Cleveland kid and I want to see Cleveland win a f***ing World Series.<\/p>\n

Kelce added: \u2018It was mixed feelings because I was there trying to have some fun with Tay and everybody, all our friends\u2026 came, we had an unbelievable crew with us and hanging with us.<\/p>\n

\u2018It was fun, even though the Guards couldn\u2019t pull it off, it was still an exciting game, it was cool to see Yankee Stadium.<\/p>\n

\u2018I always wanted to see that thing in person, in a playoff game, in a hostile environment and it didn\u2019t disappoint, man. The Yankees, the fans, the players, everybody involved man, it was awesome.\u2019<\/p>\n

Kelce is used to competing at the very top of sports, having won three Super Bowls in the last five years with Kansas City.<\/p>\n
