A former NFL star reckons\u00a0Aaron Rodgers<\/a>\u00a0\u201ccatfished\u201d<\/em>\u00a0the\u00a0New York Jets<\/a>.<\/p>\n The Jets\u2019 season hasn\u2019t gone as expected so far. Rodgers is back healthy after being sidelined for his first season in NY, yet the team has lost three of their first five games and has had to fire head coach Robert Saleh ahead of their upcoming fixture against the Buffalo Bills.<\/p>\n Rodgers was criticized on ESPN\u2019s \u2018Get Up\u2019 earlier this week, with former Pittsburgh Steelers safety Ryan Clark\u00a0suggesting that he fooled the team<\/a>\u00a0into believing he was someone he wasn\u2019t before they traded for him.<\/p>\n \u201cThat Aaron Rodgers that we thought we knew was in a fantasy land and a figment of our imagination. The Aaron Rodgers that we mention in the names of\u00a0Tom Brady<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Peyton Manning<\/a>\u00a0was a catfish\u2026\u201d<\/em>\u00a0Clark claimed.<\/p>\n \u201cThe Aaron Rodgers that we always put in that conversation was because he was the best quarterback we\u2019d seen. He could throw the football in ways that even those other two couldn\u2019t. There is something that he is missing in his intangible DNA that makes him devoid of great leadership and makes him devoid of being able to elevate locker rooms.
