Film on that phone too.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">Footage from the livestream shows Doherty handing his camera to someone who came to help for them to film him being dragged out of the car window after the crash as he repeatedly commented on the state of his car.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">Meanwhile, David is covered in blood and holding on to his wrist which appears to be injured as other people comfort him.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">Doherty eventually walked round to the other side of the McLaren and asked his friend if he was ok, but the content creator is now being criticized online for both his dangerous driving and initial response to the incident.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">&#8216;He was on his phone and driving and it was raining. He cared more about his car being damaged then his friend who was injured,&#8217; one furious X user wrote.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">&#8216;His license needs to be suspended indefinitely. He could&#8217;ve killed people with his wreckless driving. His drivers license needs to be revoked and be banned from driving.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">One user added: &#8216;Jack Doherty should have his Driving license Taken Away for Life!&#8217;<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">Florida law prohibits\u00a0the use of cell phones and other wireless devices while driving. Drivers can use their phones in hands-free mode, but the device must not pose as a distraction.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">According to the Wireless Communications While Driving Law, it is illegal for drivers\u00a0text, manually type, hit buttons or read data while behind the wheel.\u00a0 However, voice texting and the playback of voice notes is permitted.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">Doherty gained his large following of mostly teenage boys for his pranks, stunts and challenge videos which are often filmed in public places, like his Floor is Lava challenges in Walmart and Target.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">His videos have garnered criticism as some believe his behavior is rude and abhorrent, with his content largely revolving around annoying and harassing people in public.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">He has recently received backlash for allegedly antagonizing people for the sake of engaging content before running to hide behind his security guards to prevent the people he is provoking from touching him.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">In some videos, Doherty can be seen squaring up to random strangers and
