The sports broadcaster appeared unbothered as she pointed out that the tight end has\u00a0had a \u201cslow start\u201d<\/a>\u00a0to the football season while previewing Monday night\u2019s game between the Kansas City Chiefs and New Orleans Saints.<\/p>\n

Travis Kelce\u2019s ex-girlfriend Kayla Nicole pointed out the NFL star\u2019s \u201cslow start\u201d to the football season in a new video on Monday.<\/p>\n

Although the model quickly moved on to discussing other players, many fans praised her \u201cprofessionalism\u201d in regard to the topic of her former love.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe\u2019s the true G. O. A. T. She kept it professional and classy. She\u2019s moved on,\u201d one admirer commented on Instagram, adding, \u201cIt\u2019s the Swifties who go on the attack and she\u2019s not lowering herself to that nonsense.\u201d<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, others poked fun at Nicole for referring to her ex \u2014 who\u2019s currently dating Taylor Swift \u2014 as \u201cthe guy.\u201d<\/p>\n

Despite the praise, Nicole received some backlash criticism for accepting the gig to discuss her former beau \u2014 whom she\u00a0dated from 2017 to May 2022<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Just last week, Kelce, 35, appeared on his\u00a0\u201cNew Heights\u201d podcast<\/a>\u00a0and admitted to\u00a0having a slower start<\/a>\u00a0amid criticism of his performance on the field.<\/p>\n

\u201c[I was] struggling in terms of stats. I was still playing winning football, and that\u2019s all that f\u2014king matters,\u201d he said in conversation with his brother, Jason Kelce, on Oct. 2.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was accountable this game. I didn\u2019t have any drops \u2013\u2013\u00a0which was what happened in Atlanta to make me feel like I had a bad game, but I still didn\u2019t have an outstanding game. There\u2019s a lot that goes into having a great game,\u201d he went on to explain.<\/p>\n
