Their players, especially\u00a0Travis Kelce<\/strong>, his girlfriend\u00a0Taylor Swift<\/strong>\u00a0and his brother\u2019s wife\u00a0Kylie Kelce,<\/strong>\u00a0are encouraging the growth of communities.<\/p>\n This Sunday,\u00a0Jason Kelce\u2019s<\/strong>\u00a0wife, Kylie, came down to the Kansas City Field Hockey clinic for a surprise appearance. Having played field hockey during college and coaching in her high school in Philadelphia, Kylie wanted to grow the sport in KC,\u00a0\u201cIt was so much fun to have that moment to sort of give back to the Kansas City community because they\u2019ve given so much to our family.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n Although her husband Jason played his football for the\u00a0Philadelphia Eagles\u00a0<\/strong>and winning a super bowl, it\u2019s her brother-in-law who found the most success in Kansas City. Having won three Super Bowl titles and countless personal accolades, Kylie wanted to encourage the growth of field hockey, which has been on the rise in the last few years.<\/p>\n Expressing her excitement about the sport growing, Kylie added,\u00a0\u201cI\u2019m so excited for the Kansas City area and how field hockey is blossoming. One of the best things that you can have is competition because it drives you to be better. So just seeing that more girls are getting involved, and then knowing that\u2019s only going to drive the competition up in the country.\u201d\u00a0<\/em>Well, it\u2019s true field hockey is indeed growing cause last year, there were only Pembroke Hill and Notre Dame de Sion\u2019s teams present in the clinic.<\/p>\n
